Located in the heart of the greater Sao Paulo area, in a neighborhood called Moema, the 140 square meters (1507 square feet) apartment was completely transformed to enhance the private area and connect the rooms, offering a wider social area. Some objects and structures were kept to maintain the identity of the home, but are the new layouts that reflect the residents' lifestyle.
In the kitchen, the existing counter was extended to the dining room and got two more settings: it can also be used as buffet and sideboard.
The "perobinha" floor connected the social areas and the joinery, such as the home-theater and the kitchen, that were reused in the remodeling, without waste, but with innovation - the first got an addition, it got a finishing in white lacquer and even low height; in the second, the original closets were coated with vivid colors to avoid the antique look of a service area.
The structural changes in the suite's bathroom added a makeup counter, double shower heads and a bench. Meanwhile, in the bedroom, a wallpaper creates a cozy atmosphere that matches the new lighting and headboard.
